Laiju Joseph (Chef) is from Southern India, and has worked as a Chef in Madras and Kerala, as well as the California Hotel in Dubai
Darshana Ahangama (Manager) hails from Sri Lanka, graduated from the School of Tourism in Sri Lanka. He has worked throughout the world with the Taj Group of Hotels, In the middle east with Hilton Hotels, and Messilah Beach Resort, and in Sri Lanka at the Colombo Hilton.
Darshana has also worked throughout the pacific at the Ramada Renaissance in Sydney, and the Port Moresby Travelodge in Papua New Guinea.
Biswadeep Saha (Chef) is from Northern India and graduated from the International Institute of Culinary Arts in New Delhi. He has worked at the Grand Hyatt and Oberoi in India, the Bombe Bistro and Carnival Cruise Lines in the USA.
Surani Ranasoma (Chef) is from Sri Lanka and graduated from the Ceylon Hotel School and worked as a chef/manager of her own restaurant in Sri Lanka.
